Arkansas Academy of Science 2021 Meeting

Abstract submissions are now closed. You may continue to register until 5:00pm, April 7, 2021.

Videos must be uploaded and links sent by April 1, 2021.

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission should be made simultaneously with conference registration. One presenter should be designated as the lead speaker for each video presentation. That person should be the only one entering the abstract as they register for the conference. If there are additional presenters on the same presentation, then the lead speaker will enter the names of additional presenters when the lead presenter registers. Additional speakers will complete the registration and payment of fees, but they will not enter the abstracts, so that abstracts are only submitted once.

Video Presentations

This year, all presentations will be in the form of video presentations. Because of the virtual nature of the conference, there will be no posters and no in-person lectures. Presenters should prepare a 10-15 minute video presentation of their research. The video must be uploaded to their own YouTube channel with the following settings: privacy should be set to Unlisted, and the video should be auto-captioned, with corrections to the captioning made before April 8. All videos must be posted and links to the videos emailed to no later than April 1. Links to the videos will be included in the electronic program, which will be emailed to registered conference participants on Thursday, April 8.
